GDI++ Tray
Being a computer geek and all, I stare at lcd screens for more than 16 hours a day (yes, that's why I ask my optometrist for high-end eye-protecting eye-glasses). But it's not the constant staring that I complain about –It's the deep-seated envy that MAC users enjoy. That smooth, sexy lookin', crispy FONT rendering.
You see, operating systems have their way of rendering text to our screens. Mac OS, Linux and Windows do it with display performance and elegance in mind whenever they package commercial releases. Even mobile phone OSes have it's own way of rendering our text fonts if you notice.
So what is GDI++ Tray you ask?
It makes your font/text look better. – Or at least that's what I always say to my friends when they ask me to fix their machine.

COMPARE! Normal Windows rendering of font & text
I've been using it for two years or so, and it's the reason why I can stay all day reading, programming, doing everything in front of the screen.
